How are packages shipped? 

Packages are mailed out with USPS First-Class Package/Mail Parcel with 5 day shipping at the beginning of each month. We are not responsible for weather delays caused by USPS or undeliverable items. All items are mailed out the first week of the month. Please note that this includes individual kits purchased. Individual kits must be purchased on or before the 25th day of the month in order to go out with the following month's shipment.

I am gifting a subscription, how does it work?

How to Order: You may specify the number of months you would like to gift and prepay by adding the specific order quantity during checkout (quantity 6 for 6 months for example - max 8 months). You will not be charged again with auto renewal--the account will stay active for the amount of time you have prepaid--no further action is needed on your part.

Shipping: You may ship directly to the recipient by filling in their ship address at checkout, or you may ship to your address first and then change the address to ship to the recipient after the first box. You can update the ship address at anytime under your Account. You may register for an account to get order tracking, history, and to set shipping preferences.  

Checkout: please include the recipient's email under special instructions in case we need to contact them about project instructions or new videos that become available for viewing.

By when do I need to order to receive the next month's subscription box?

Order by the 25th day of the month to receive the next month's project. For example, in most cases, if you order on August 26th, you will not be able to receive the September box but will be able to receive the October box. You will not be billed until September 25th.

How do subscriptions renew?

Subscriptions will automatically renew monthly, and your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription price in your order summary until you cancel your subscription. If you have prepaid for a subscription, you will not be charged again. 

How do I cancel my subscription? Can I skip a delivery? 

You can cancel or skip a month for your subscription at any time by changing your preferences on your Account page (under Manage Subscriptions in the top left hand corner). You may also email us directly at support@indigoartbox.com. If you cancel, previous charges will not be refunded, but you will receive boxes until the end of the subscription term that you paid for. You must cancel your subscription by the 20th day of the month.

When does subscription billing occur?

You will be billed on the 25th day of the month. For example, if you purchased your subscription on August 24, your next charge will be September 25th. 

Can I return an unused box?

Returns or refunds are not currently offered, but if you have an issue with your order, please let us know! We do offer box replacements if there is a damaged product, but do ask for a snap shot of the damage so that we can understand what went wrong. You will not be charged fees for shipping for damaged product returns, except in special circumstances (we'll give you advance notice). Please ship the box in the manner indicated when you contact us at support@indigoartbox.com.  

Can I choose my monthly box?

Monthly subscription projects are pre-selected and cannot be customized at this time. Contents may vary slightly from product page images or videos.  

Can I purchase an individual project and a monthly subscription?

Yes, however, some Featured Projects for Individual or Group Purchase may also be included as part of your subscription plan. Please email us at support@indigoartbox.com, and we'll try to make sure that you don't receive a repeat box as a part of your subscription! Please note all boxes are mailed at the first of the month with monthly subscriptions.
